OVERCOMING DEPRESSION

Being an entrepreneur is overly stressful, from keeping up with the industry, keeping up with trends, clients, customers, competitors and all of that, it does get to you at some point. There are some of you like myself that uses your brain to make your money because I do strategy and anything that involves strategy means thinking. I've learned to not bite off more than I can chew so what I do, is not take on too many clients at the same time. My client base is kept small so as to not only do great work but also protect myself mentally.
